I can't Believe I got this Email,,,fake of course!! she is wearing a see through top in the foto! LOL,,but it is the title that got me!! It says... ""HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!"" OMG!! what is that? maybe it was sent with out a stamp!!

all i know is chinese new years was celebrated in vancouver at the end of january (jan 29) with the annual parade in chinatown, which followed jan 23 welcome to the dragon. the school district that i work in is primarily chinese, and the district calls a proD day to accommodate the holiday here as so many kids stay home to celebrate it..

today i got an email from a nice girl just saying Hi.first she seemed geniun cos she had a 4 pics ,not just one in her profile and her english was good too.And she didnt write long letter saying how she liked my profile and ready to be with me forever.she even didnt give me her yahoo id.
but when i scrolled down on her profile,i saw 5 shoutots saying that she is a scammer,so i took her as a scammer.
did i do right?

Probably!!
I´ve noticed lately that some don´t send long letters any more.
But often the profile is very well written (copy/paste from real ones), however when you compare the quality of the vocabulary between the message and the profile, it doesn´t match!

I don't think a person needs to read an email over and over to try to figure out a scammer. Sometimes an email can come from a genuine love interest and not a scammer. So, what do you do then? I think by now everyone knows how to determine an online scammer. Read the "scammer alert" posted online here. Take care and good luck.

but what confused me is ,she just saying Hi.nothing else.never had such a short letter from scammers before.or she was a geniun or they ve new tactics
