Thank you for sharing, Rob. It's going to take awhile to clean up the residue up your way. And I truly must thank you for not leaving buckets out to collect the water, if you had... who knows the roads might not have flooded.

The roads being blocked certainly attributed to my work load. smile

I was told by the staff of the Bairnsdale service (train) that the Avon River was lapping at the bridge and large logs were amongst the debris ... it's so hard to imagine. I have driven across that river on many occasions, even took my daughter to play in the park there when she was young... And the river is all but a trickle most of the time. They say that the park was under water, you could not even see it.

Yeah it second highest in past decade something like that. If they didn't poison all the non indigenous trees would have not been any where near as high cause water would have been held back by them and raised the water table for the pastures etc, but na they got another agenda
