Sounds good, do not trust that McAfee cleaned it until you reboot the computer, and re-scan. If it finds it in C:\restore or similar with a 'restore' directory name it cannot harm you in any fashion. The only way to get rid of things in the c:\restore, c:\_restore or something to that effect is to disable restore points, reboot, then re-enable them and it'll dump all the old restore points.
