if people cant afford operations they can enter as patients
and as olympics is ameuter we get final year med stuents (only the best) to enter
shorting waiting lists and getting a free operation
we all watch medical shows and they the highest ratings
so tv rights and other merchandise can go to health services
must send idea to minister of health
