El Rushbo suggested a new, more honest campaign slogan for Obama: “I’ve got the power to take what you’ve got.” (FREE audio:)

Limbaugh added, “Obama isn’t redistributing his own money. He’s redistributing yours.”

Rush took a call from a former Democrat who had challenged himself to “listen to the other side,” tuned into Limbaugh’s show and experienced political enlightenment!

Limbaugh responded, “While I’m flattered, and while you think you are agreeing with me, what you’re really agreeing with is reality. You finally have found reality. My ideas are nothing unique. I just live in the real world. I’m the mayor of Realville.”

MICHAEL SAVAGE

In the aftermath of the brutality unleashed by Muslims in Libya and elsewhere, Michael Savage issued a pessimistic response. (FREE audio:)

The Obama administration, he told listeners, “wanted to bring democracy to an area that isn’t ready for it, to a region that will never ever have a democracy.”

“Democracy is not easy to achieve,” Savage continued. “The people need to have a basis for their democracy. Fortunately for us, the people who founded America had a basis for their republic in the Christian Bible, which taught them compassion, constraint and other values that were necessary for a republic to arise out of the ashes of a revolution. Those in the Middle East don’t have such a document. They have a document that is very different. Read it and you’ll find out what I’m talking about.”

As the situation in the Middle East and beyond deteriorated, Savage observed that those in Muslim majority nations evidently “can’t honor the lives of fellow humans, especially infidels.

“They used Obama. They used Hillary. They used the ambassador to get where they are.

“And then they killed him.” (FREE audio:)

AARON KLEIN

Investigative broadcaster Aaron Klein revealed that the Obama government has assisted the same rebels currently attacking American missions throughout the Middle East and Africa, and continues to support them. He also explains that al-Qaida had inside knowledge of Ambassador Stevens’ movements in Libya, which enabled them to coordinate his assassination. (FREE audio:)

MARK LEVIN

Not surprisingly, Mark Levin had a lot to say about the “controversial” recording of Romney explaining that 47 percent of Americans don’t pay federal income taxes and would never vote for him anyway. (FREE audio:)

Levin explained that “this campaign is about the American dream vs. the welfare state,” and added that millions of citizens agree with Romney on that point.

“I wake up at 2 and 3 in the morning, worried to death about what may happen on Election Day,” Levin confessed to listeners. “And I don’t worry about will happen if Mitt Romney gets elected. Do you? (…) I know the country will continue with Mitt Romney, with all his weaknesses.” (FREE audio:)

LAURA INGRAHAM

New York Times bestselling author Mark Steyn (“After America”) joined Ingraham to react to Mitt Romney’s “controversial” statements about the large number of citizens who currently don’t pay income tax and receive generous government entitlements. Steyn declared that the real disaster was that almost half the nation lives off the other half – not that Romney dared to point that fact out.

Donald Rumsfeld, who served as secretary of defense under President Bush, called Obama’s foreign policy “naive” and called for new screening methods to detect possible traitors within the ranks of U.S.-trained Afghan forces. (FREE audio:)

GLENN BECK

“You’re being set up, America.”

Glenn Beck explained to listeners that the attack on the U.S. consulate in Libya had nothing to do with “spontaneous” demonstrations about an obscure video and warned that America’s enemies at home and abroad are using these riots as an excuse to crack down on freedom of speech. (FREE video:)

And now, from the left side of the dial…

For some reason, disgraced New York Democrat Gov. Eliot Spitzer is still viewed as a wise and welcome guest by producers in much of the mainstream media. This week, he was trotted out to talk about events in the Middle East.

On “Both Sides Now with Huffington and Matalin,” Spitzer blamed the current unrest in the region on … President George W. Bush. (FREE audio:)

“George Bush’s neo-con worldview caused more harm to this nation and more harm in the Middle East than one can imagine,” Spitzer “explained.”

Brian Maloney of Radio Equalizer sarcastically congratulates Spitzer for trotting out the dated “neo-con” label, adding “next time, don’t forget to add ‘military-industrial complex’” to the list of tired liberal clichés.
