It's a good thing Frank is joining you because I was wondering how you were going to manage The Tap all by yourself! it definitely takes two or more to keep a lively atmosphere because this place has no closing time. It's a 24 hour business and bars can be busy in the wee hours of the morning!

Life, Coquito is rather sweet but with the coffee it tones down to a manageable drink . If you like Bailes then you will like Coquito coffee . Perhaps a Cafe' Mexecali . It is coffee and Kalua with a little whiped cream on top .

You remind me of a famous bartender in San Antonio. His name is Olaf....you tell him how you are feeling or what is going on in your life and he will customize a drink just for you based on your emotional state. He takes longer than others to get your drink, but he is a master. Maybe you can do that for us?
