Site questions should be directed to staff at Contact Us, not posted in the forum. But we have received this question quite often from new members, so it may help others to answer it here.
Actually you have your match criteria set for seeking a woman within 100 miles from you in California. I think what you are seeing there is when you look on someone's profile, we tell you how far away you are located from that person. That info is located just under their basics. The smallest amount of miles we measure is 10 miles... so if you are looking at YOUR OWN profile it simply means that you live within 10 miles of yourself... This seems silly when you are viewing your own profile - but look at someone else's profile and you will see better how it works. So that distance will change for every person you view - it's an estimate, will not be exact of course because we do not have address info and only use the zipcodes members provide.

"distance from me". Right now it says 10 miles and that's incorrect.
It is not editible in "edit my profile", so how can I change that?
