ok, well i mentioned this on another thread a while back when we talking about gifts we received as children ,
From Santa -it was a typewriter --i was about 8/9 i think , had really grown away from playing with dolls at that stage -
I loved that typewriter --only thing was the red and black ribbon wouldn't last very long , due to me Never being off it laugh
I'd say , that's when my love of words started , a love that continues to this day typing grin

As a grown up --my best present would have to have been a solid gold wrist watch my Granny bought me when i was 18 -
I adored her -sad flower i still have the watch even after all these years

Ok worst --well there's been a couple laugh
but i vividly remember receiving a present from my godmother when i was about 14 years old --
She had recently learnt how to knit -and decided she would knit me a wooley jumper for xmas -
Well ... i opened the present on xmas morning--
Number 1 --it was bright orange !!
Number 2 , i was tall but very skinny , and this thing would have fitted finn Mac Cool laugh bless her --but obviously i Never wore it , laugh , and when she visited and asked to see it on me , i had to tell her it was in the wash blushing laugh
