Nice, and thank you for the post! Yes, the movies are a great way to expose people to classical music. Most people would not sit and listen to Sual'aria, Che soave zeffiretto from Mozart's "Marriage of Figaro" if you asked them to,...but even my buddy, a diehard rock fan gave it a listen when he saw it in a movie,...
and when I explained to him that his favourite scene from Apocalypse Now was actually Richard Wagner's "Ride of the Valkyries",....well,...he didn't rush out and get season's tickets to the opera, but he was far less quick to dismiss it!
