I think it should be required to disclose to a buyer when some horrific incident like a murder suicide has happened in a home. I would want to know and probably wouldn't buy the house. Of course they don't tell because the price would go down, but it seems very unethical to stick someone with a house they would never buy if they knew the truth about it. I supposed the buyer could research before buying to learn about any history of the house or property.
