"Scientists studied people who got hitched between 2005 and 2012 and discovered about 7.6 percent of couples who met face-to-face reported marriage break-ups, compared to only about 6 percent of those who met online. And the results held true even when researchers controlled for things like demographic differences, says the study’s lead author, John Cacioppo, Ph.D."

Well now. Those statistics leave what 93% of divorces with no answer as to where they met. Neither online, or face-to-face. So maybe all these people are having relationships with themselves, in their own heads.
Come on! We need to take note of studies so obviously worthless in helping us answer a question that should never have been asked in the first place?
The best place to find live is with another. Personally, I can't fall in love with a computer screen.

I fall in love with a real person.
well... in reading the article I found the answer to your question.

I would not go to Walmart to find the love of my life to the least into the beer section!!!
But
I am going to Autozone tomorrow to get a “pencil-marker” kind of to cover a light scratch on my car.
I wonder if I could meet the love of my life there!

PJ1961: In Central America the outlet for Walmart is Maxi Pali - same Chinese stuff, but minus the screaming ill behaved kids. It's a US thing I think.
lifeisadream: Too much sugar in the diet of USA's people. We are what we eat.
hmmm... Costa Ricans and Nicaraguans do a lot of sugar.... maybe the difference is because they watch the romantic novellas and not the violence as much as US folks do? Every now and then I'm in a shop or restaurant where they have the TV, the soap operas crack me up....
