A little bit about where I am coming from...I have an ex-mother-in-law who is a shrink. During my operations, she tried forcing her views on stress on me. She believes that pills can solve everything approach. I am in agreement with you, I am making reference to her ideas. Her answer for everything was to medicate yourself to advoid "bad" emotions. Sad? Take these pills to make you happy! I didn't agree. Although I think pills can help for certain circumstances, not every stressful event. Emotions are feelings, although we can not see them, they are most definately felt. An emotional break for me is a form of release.

those emotions are try to avoid...in myself and in who surrounds me...
