chop up some lettuce, tomato, cucumber, baby spinach, carrot, belle pepper, mushrooms, and croutons mix it in with honey dijon mustard or your favorite dressing, and you got yourself one hell of a wicked salad
I'll tell you what else is good...Get a thing of egg whites, belle peppers, mushrooms, tomato, fat free cheese(whatever you choose) and make an omelette.
also if you want to try good syrup I suggest you try "MADHAVA AGAVE NECTAR " the raw kind it's 100% organic (you only need a little bit)

I'm not into Fat Free anything.Just because something says Fat Free doesn't mean it's Fat Free.Just like Sugar Free isn't Sugar Free.Misleading labeling.
As my doctor once told me it's all about moderation.
Our bodies need a certain amount of fat, salt and sugar.
If we deprive our bodies of those three things our bodies begin to retaliate against us.We end up doing more harm to our bodies.
I found out from a chef to leave a little fat on your pork and beef cause it helps to tenderize the meat and makes it less dry then cutting all the fat off.Whenever I cook chicken I bake it with the skin on for flavor only and then remove the skin.
I use lean ground beef to make chili, goulash and meatloaf cause it doesn't leave as much greasy liquid and I don't end up with a greasy jell when it's refrigerator.
I also make my own spaghetti sauce and use diced tomatoes with no extra salt added.I also add a spoon of brown sugar and olive oil.
