nomindgames: 1 for me is my Aunt, 90 going strong. She and my uncle raised 6 kids while both worked full time. They paid for catholic schools and had very little $. Still my Aunt would always offer us food when we visited. House was always clean. I admire her.
Nelson Mandela is probably a hero to many. I read a book about his life and prison time and after. He is a great example that the people can make change happeb with a good leader, I respect the late Mr. Mandela for several reasons.

I would have to say that my mum was the best ever. She went through a lot in her life, and during her last few years with us, she still fought to be strong, but in the end her body couldn't take it anymore. I learned so much from her and miss her so much.
