I've moved recently form California to Nevada, and that change of state looks like to me as I've changed the country not a state only. First, I've bought some new furniture, bed has some scratch on it, probably it was there in a tie when I was buying it, but I did not see it. I've called the store to get a new one (10 days after), and the guy started yelling at me: "how come that you did not see it before, you might did it, do you have box of it...." on my attempt to explain him, that I have paid for assembly, and workers took a boxes out of apartment.... he said: "it is your fault, you should be checking it right away". Similar story with a table - table has a crack on the top glass part - and I do not have a box - and I cannot exchange it! Seriously?! I've got some allergy, but followed advice of my primary physician that I have got over the phone, I ended up in Emergency room. Doctor even didn't come to see me!!!!!! "nurse" did all job. I put nurse under quotation marks, because I am not sure where he got his degree!!!! I was telling him that I was advised to take 2 Benadryl pills right away (by my doctor over the phone), and "nurse" was telling me that he will give me some extra Benadryl through IV directly on blood, because others are in my stomach and those two are completely different systems?! In the Macy's store, back in California, if you do not have 20% coupon on you, they will always find some for you (if discount can applied for stuff that you are purchasing). Here: there is no way that they even will try to find some! Who cares that I am not a tourist, who cares that I own their credit card, who cares that I spent there a ........ lot! It is my fault - I forgot my coupons at home! They don't have it! Am I in the same country?????????
