rizlared: It was in Guangzhou, south east China, it hit people all over China just as hard, in fact the law was changed after this awful accident, previously, if a motorist knocked over a pedestrian, the motorist was liable for all medical costs, if someone else touches the injured victim, the liability was moved to that person, so no one would intervene, now the law has changed so a samaritan will get a financial reward if they save a life.
