Right now the borders are not secured...Obama wants it this way because is main objective is to get these new immigrants to vote before the 2016 Presidential election comes up. He cares very little about them, except to have their vote for any Democratic candidate that comes around. That's what TRANSFORMING American is all about!
The collateral damaged being done to are country by having unsecured borders is that any illegal drug cartel persons can enter the country freely, as well as any known terrorist from Yemen, Russia, Iran, Isis, or whomever to do harm to Americans and their way of life.
