For the past week, police in Middletown and New Haven, Connecticut, backed up by police in Hartford, have been caught conspiring with freemasons and others tied in with secret societies, in order to get deeper into the minds and behaviors of low income people. Most people are under the impression that police are out to destroy low income communities. Others believe that they are working with secret societies and have been recruiting lying informants. Its a known fact that informants in Connecticut, and elsewhere, are on weekly payrolls. All they have to do is lie for the Establishment and there is money in it for them. Specific people in are being used as informants and are being payed handsome wages to character assassinate and destroy the credibility of anyone against the New World Order. Poor people are becoming poorer, and the youth are being recruited to carry out tasks that seems as a game for them. In New Haven, Connecticut, the youth are threats to the existence of all those old enough to be parents or grandparents. It seems that the Establishment wants to rid itself of people who wasn't born in the 1990's, and the so-called Millenials. Todays youth are being used to carry out tasks within their communities that is of the highest secrecy. Black youth in apartment com[plexes are especially vunerable to recruitments. Many of them are angry anyway, and when someone offers them something in exchange for attacking those they don't know, or fopr starting fabricated rumors, they'll eat it up as if they are the children of Satan. Black people are being crushedin New Haven, and in other parts of Connecticut. Poor caucasians are being crushed as well, but many residents aren't very smart. They are being shifted back and forth by the Establishment. They can also easily be turned against their neighbors because today's youth embrace rumors, which is what Deep State loves. But we must also keep our eyes on the Hindu Indians owning businesses. Many of them are taking this time to cash in on Americans their comrads in Government have informed them are undesirables. Take for an instance, the Hindu women controlling the New Haven Inn Motel(203) 387-6651, located at: 100 Pond Lily Avenue, in New Haven, Connecticut. According to very reliable sources, the motel is over ran with mold, doors on rooms can close but can easily be pushed open, and anyone showing a fragment of intelligence are targeted due to motel owners paranoia.

They overcharge people, beat people out of hundreds of dollars, and a few people, according to sources, became violently ill from drinking the tap water. But when people complain, the American females employed at the motel, according to sources, are willing to get dirty and lie for the Hindus in exchange for keeping their jobs. New Haven Police, according to investigators, are more concerned with who stays at the motel, conducti background checks on them secretly, informs the owner to let them know how certain Guests are paying their bills, or who is paying for the Guests, et cetera. In exchange for corrupted, "one hand washing the other" practices, the only people losing are ordinary residents. Informants and surveillance is a powerful tool in New Haven, and it was even revealed that there are Guests staying at the motel who are from North Carolina, who are being monitored when they ride the city bus, or when they leave the motel. The Guests aren't threats of any kind, but police don't know them, and according to many many people, when police don't know you in Connecticut, they place plants on you or watch you from various forms of surveillance. Guests staying at the New Haven Inn also claim that when they complained about maintenance issues, the Hindus got together and conspired. They secretly worked with police and others claiming that those Guests destroyed their own rooms which is true! You can go to sleep at the motel, and if someone had a flat-head screwdriver, they can get into your room.

The place is very unsafe, and City Inspectors have turned their heads to well over 1000 Code violations! People believe that money is exchanging hands which is why the owner of the motel is stealing money from Guests to get back what she lost! The only thing about Hindu Indians is that they are well organized and can tell lies that will even fool the President of the USA. However, when you complain about Hindus and police in Connecticut, depending on your nationality, plants will target you. Hindus have a history of making up outright incredible lies on Americans, and will get others to join in with them. They claim that they got the ideas and practices from white supremacists, and from police. People in New Haven, who are fighting against the New World Order, may have at least 50 or more informants joining in against them. And the worst of the informants are those with children. They are much harder to defeat because they are trained by law enforcement and others. The black youth treat their elders like enemies, and many are willing to do anything against those elders. They are angry that they are financially suffering, and the Boule Society is teaching them that in order to develope more materialism, they must adopt the ways and strategies of the Boule. Caucasian youth are robbing and killing their people because of secret society influence as well. But what most people don't understand is when the Boule reads documents like these, they will go to the lab and re-group. They are Black Devils and will never honor and respect the black race. They are the ones who taught white supremacists that if a blackman or women is a threrat, reward all of those around them, but target them. Plant false information against them and post photos of them if possible. Black people in New Haven have never heard of the Boule Society, and many of them are taught other things immediately after a Boule Member reads a document such as this. The Boule tries to make sure that the black race are ignorant to their existence, and because they have killed off most of the infleuncial black and latino population which were well educated, and taught the people facts, they have now invested in the youth. They use the anger of the youth to their advantage. The youth can easily be manipulated and have assassinated many all across the U.S. within the past 10 years for the Boule.

Smaller percentages of those surveyed described already changing their day-to-day behavior: 28 percent said they had “curtailed or avoided activities on social media,” with another 12 percent saying they had seriously considered doing it; similar percentages said they had steered clear of certain topics in phone calls or email (24 percent had done so; 9 percent had seriously considered it). Furthermore, in a 2015 study by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) examining how awareness of government surveillance affected people’s use of Google, the world’s most widely used Internet search engine, researchers concluded that, “users were less likely to search using search terms that they believed might get them in trouble with the US government.” In general, people’s behavior also changes in ways more favorable to an authoritarian government when surveillance both online and in the real world is as ubiquitous as it already is in American society. The State draws power from a compliant, acquiescent, and self-policing public, and when mass surveillance is applied to the citizenry, with the predictable result of creating a more submissive and conformist citizenry. CT Transit, Metro-North Trains, and even some Uber and Taxi cabs are involve in mass surveillance of citizens and residents in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York. It was even revealed that the New york Police Department have been monitoring many Americans even as far as the Midwest with the extraordinary spy technology they possess. The primary surveillance device of the individuals are the telescreen, a digital device located in every home that could receive and transmit audio and video, giving individuals zero privacy in their own homes. The beauty of omnipotent surveillance such as this is that the government did not even have to actually be monitoring an individual, because the simple fact that they could be listening and watching is enough to frighten a person into voluntary compliance and self-censorship.

There is of course, for most Americans who don't really seem to care, no way of knowing whether you were being watched at any given moment. How often, or on what system, the Thought Police plugged in on any individual wire is guesswork. It is even conceivable that they watch everybody all the time. But at any rate they could plug in your wire whenever they wanted to. You have to live from habit that become instinct, in the assumption that every sound you made was overheard, and, except in darkness, every movement scrutinized.

The statement about Norman from MIT read as follows: “Norman is an AI that is trained to perform image captioning, a popular deep learning method of generating a textual description of an image. We trained Norman on image captions from an infamous subreddit that is dedicated to document and observe the disturbing reality of death. Then, we compared Norman’s responses with a standard image captioning neural network on Rorschach inkblots; a test that is used to detect underlying thought disorders.” While there’s some debate about whether the Rorschach test is a valid way to measure a person’s psychological state, there’s no denying that Norman’s answers were creepy as hell. The ink blots according to Norman showed anything from a man being pulled into a dough machine to a man being murdered in broad daylight in front of his screaming wife. Every interpretation in the test became even more graphic in detail. The point of the experiment was to show how easy it is to bias any Artificial Intelligence if you train it on biased data. The team wisely didn’t speculate about whether exposure to graphic content changes the way a human thinks. They’ve done other experiments in the same vein, too, using AI to write horror stories, create terrifying images, judge moral decisions, and even induce empathy. This kind of research is important. We should be asking the same questions of artificial intelligence as we do of any other technology because it is far too easy for unintended consequences to hurt the people the system wasn’t designed to see. Naturally, this is the basis of sci-fi: imagining possible futures and showing what could lead us there. Issac Asimov gave wrote the “Three Laws of Robotics” because he wanted to imagine what might happen if they were contravened.

It appears that testing A.I. for confirmation bias and cognitive capabilities of all kinds is part of the creation process of having Artificial Intelligence learn how to deal with all situations and personalities, including those personalities that can be sociopathic or even psychopathic. This is all part of the training to make A.I. more human, making the simulation seamless. The new wave of A.I. enhanced assistants, Apple’s Siri, Facebook’s M, Amazon’s Echo, are all creatures of machine learning; however, they still remain sterile in a sense and when they try to sound human they fail in sounding like they have no real ticks that make them sound like genuine human beings. How do most people feel about the idea that technology companies are at the moment trying to simulate personality and putting it into enhanced Artificial Intelligence? Alan Turing proposed a test for an artificial general intelligence: a computer that could, over the course of five minutes of text exchange, successfully deceive a real human in the course of dialogue. Once a machine can translate fluently between two natural languages, the foundation has been laid for a machine that might one day “understand” human language well enough to engage in plausible conversation.

Obviously, Artificial Intelligence creators are now working on having a machine sound natural and mimic that human cadence so that humans feel comfortable talking to it. In fact they want it to be so advanced that humans would not be uncomfortable arguing with it or asking it for advice. Back in the 1960’s, it was proposed that Artificial Intelligence, if perfected, should be able to not be noticed as artificial. Back then, scientists believed that if you could program a computer to mimic higher-order cognitive tasks like math or chess, you were on a path that would eventually lead to something akin to consciousness. However, what scientists and techies are looking for is A.I. with a sort of ambiguity. After all a computer or robot can be confident and they shrug and be arrogant about how advanced they are but one thing a human does that an A.I. can’t do is be vague, or show doubt, or even get frustrated or be sarcastic, these are traits that make the simulation even more realistic.

The goal is to make A.I. conversation indistinguishable from humans. There are now many companies who are using some of the prototypes of these A.I assistants to carry out what are called robo calls. There are also companies with a lot of money that are using this technology to scam people into thinking that they are speaking to a person, when the reality is that they are speaking to a robot that is using the call to phish them for information in order to commit fraud and identity theft. If you’ve picked up the phone only to hear the start of an automatic recording, you’re not alone. Roughly 16.3 billion of these calls have been placed just in the first five months of 2018. Now of course these calls that offer recordings are usually sent out by candidiates seeking your vote; however, now sophisticated systems of calling are now being used and many of these systems are using what appear to be advanced AI assistants that sound human, interact with the person on the phone and with an authoritative voice can have the callers give their address, phone numbers and bank account numbers without even questing whether or not they are being phished by a robot. The Federal Trade Commission has strict rules that, in its own words, make “virtually all” robo calls illegal. But we’ve still seen the number of complaints about robo calls explode over the last few years. The big question is how are they supposed to enforce the illegal practice of businesses using robots to do the talking, especially those calls that come from foreign countries. Last Monday, thousands of people in El Paso, Texas received a mysterious phone call from several different Russian phone numbers. The El Paso 411 Media Center received a tip at around 5 a.m. saying that a large number of people at a local Walmart all received a cell phone call from a Russian-based phone number at the same time.
