There was a turn of events which took place on July 8, 2018, at approximately 9:14 pm. Within the threads entitled, "The Outsiders", we had revealed a couple from North Carolina who were free thinkers, and were being targeted by the Establishment in Connecticut. The sad thing about this is that the Establishment knows how to use people in a way to cover up their evil tracks. However, on the above date and time the blackman from North Carolina, who they seem to find as a major New World Order threat, according to some police, was taking a stroll on Whalley avenue in New Haven, Connecticut. On his way back, the person watching his back said that he would follow him in the car because young people staying in the Project Complex on Valley Street and Harper Streetwere robots geared up to do whatever police and the Establishment wants them to do. This is what makes them very dangerous. Anyway, when the blackman from North Carolina walked through the apartment complex at this time, there were two police cruisers that were consultinjg with drug d3ealing informants. They immediately seen the man from North Carolina, and according to the fellow in the car who was watching the man's back, these police said something to those they were talking too and quickly left the scene. Then a fellow in a black SUV drove past the North Carolinian singling someone down Harper street. Immediately when the blackman got to Harper street, someone shot off a cannon type gun. The intent was to, apparently, instill fear in the North Carolinian. But the North Carolinian was without fear, and continues to walk through the area on a daily basis.

It was revealed by parties staying within the project Complex that police were trying to distort certain people's view of the North Carolinian because he is of no nonsense, and he doesn't believe in sacrificing human lives for material gain, which is what occurs within New Haven on a weekly basis. The North Carolinian have tried to teach some of the youth that he comes in contact with that thye Establishment is using them to wipe out their own race. The North Carolinian is brilliant with exdtraordinary capabilities which makes him such a threat to police and to the Establishment. Police in New Haven, much like in every major city throughout the U.S., whne somerone who is highly effective goes against the Establishment, the first thing they'll do is spread a fales rumor on him/her. Then they'll have parties to take photos of the person on their cell phones and pass the photos around in hopes of making sure this person can never mentally reach the deaf, dumb, and blind. Black police work in conjuction with white supremacist police. And when white supremacist police can't get a grip on certain blackmen and women, they will secretly work with the black police who looks black, acts black, and pretends to have blacks 's personal interest at heart. But really the cop is a fraud implementing trick psychology against the black race on a daily basis. In all truth, with the large amount of presence in black communities within cities throughout the U.S., white supremacist cops can't go in without someone seeing them and exposing their evils. But a black cop who gives money to certain blacks in need, and who'll turn his head so the drug dealers can continue making money, is one of the most ruthless of cops out there!

They get deep within the minds of black people and uses them to their disposal. Cops have drug dealer informants everywhere, and its these same drug dealers who are selling lethal drugs that is making people overdose. But cops are very subtle and clever, and feel that they will never get caught because if they can keep people divided and ignorant, then there is no chance of ever finding them out. At the New Haven Inn Motel (203) 387-6651, located at: 100 Pond Lily avenue, in New Haven, there are police informants everywhere, according to sources. These same informants are drug addicts, drug dealers, grand[parents walking around with small children on a daily basis, and is constantly saying, "Praise Jesus." But two or three minutes later you will hear them backbiting, setting people up, uaing profanity, et cetera. Like most Christians in the northeast, Christ is only a scapegoat used to blame all of their problems on. They have no connection with Christ, and treats their fellow man worst than neglested dogs. The Boule Society has it where everyone in black communities are envious and haters of one another. Money is the root of all this evil, and those who have it curse those that don't. Witchcraft is also something that is becoming more and more popular in New Haven. Its not just caucasian females that work during the day, appear to be very pleasant people all day lone, but at night take part in some of the most sinister activities that others won't believe they are capable of doing. It is also black people. certain black witches don't use their witchcraft to gain access out of the ghetto. They use their devil tricks to harm and destroy those who the Establishment have deemed threats! This is why countless blacks have been complaining about their dreams being invaded. And almost always the culprits within the dreams are people they came in contact with throughout their travels in New Haven.

This is why they take photos of innocent people. If they can't get hair or fingernails, the photos will suffice for the time being. If people from other states throughout the U.S. visited several parts of Connecticut, and then pose as terrible dressers for field research,just hang out amongst the commoners. You will witness people constantly taking others photos without their knowledge, and you'll witness people filming each other without the other's knowledge. Not far off you'll then witness a police cruiser, and if you pay close attention, the driver of the cruiser will keep his/her eyes on the one who was recorded or photographed. They knew about it before it happened, and most of the time they are behind it. But like we've stated on many occasions, children bron in the 1990's and the so-called Millenials are their most secret weapons. The Millenials never tasted the leather of a belt from evils they commit ona daily basis. They are being raised and disciplined by the society they reside in. They also get a thrill out of causing destruction and death for the innocent. They are an evil species of children that many government experiments had something to do with. Yet, their parents will tell one who makes this declaration, "you hate children? How can you be against a child, et cetera?"

These comments were made after Maxine Waters had held a rally saying that Democrats should harangue people who support Donald Trump as well. Acts of sedition are going by the wayside and have been fought back with acerbic tweets by the President, but the anger is growing on the right and full on riots took place in Portland Oregon over the weekend which prompted some talk show hosts to say that this is the beginning of what can be seen as a civil war. The events in Portland were not peaceful protests. Angry mobs were using bats and batons as well as getting fist fights with onlookers. Usually the anger is usually taken out on property, this time the anger was directed at people. looked like a warzone. It was reported a few says ago that an American-born citizen who federal authorities say recently scouted locations in Cleveland to attack people watching Fourth of July fireworks and talked of carrying out additional bombings has been charged with trying to support terrorism. Federal authorities said that Demetrius Pitts talked about setting off bombs at a July 4th parade and later in Philadelphia. He considered putting the bombs in toy cars and giving them to children. Pitts, who lived most recently in Maple Heights, Ohio, was arrested Sunday after meeting an undercover agent and was charged with attempted support of a terrorist organization. FBI special agent Stephen Anthony said it was unclear how close Pitts was to carrying out his threats, but he said authorities couldn’t sit back and wait to find out. It is obvious there are a lot of Americans that are angry this Fourth of July. That is why it is important to be vigilant this year when out at public gatherings and in city settings.

Americans have in the past touted the virtues of “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” As the Fourth of July approaches, we are reminded through the auspices of US history that our history is peppered with stories of heroes and heroines doing the right thing — standing up and fighting against oppression, standing up for justice, and standing up for one another. Our country was built on the idea of taking care of one another, a place where the “huddled masses” yearn to be and can be free. However, today one can become discouraged into thinking that it is all an illusion, a fantastic lie we tell ourselves and that deep down we all have contempt for one another. For nearly two decades, the division in the United States has fomented to the point where we run the risk of insurgency. We now have a hashtag movement of resistance and organized leftist guerilla groups whose aim is to wipe out fascism by carrying out fascist acts. There is division over immigration laws and there is this fear that many angry activists are ready to carry out a dystopian fantasy where the left and the right do battle in a some kind of half baked civil war – or that the result will be a revolution where extremists believe that they can squeeze criminal activities through loopholes in constitutional law. The terrifying thing about a pending crisis is that no one is willing to agree that the Deep state is preparing this country for a nationwide incarceration as those who do not take to the streets will be left to shelter in place making their homes a kind of purgatory until the boiling point returns to just a simmer. To add insult to all of the injury and crisis, Hollywood loves nothing more than to feed our deepest fears concerning overpopulation, pestilence and nuclear Armageddon. They also have managed to somehow pace out a radical political statement with a film that certainly wants to give a blueprint for a possible insurrection.

This is the film “The First Purge” which opened in theaters on July 4th. The First Purge has already raised eyebrows as it is being marketed as a film depicting a night of all out crime that is supposed to vaguely Make America great again. While the First Purge films were merely latter day grind house home invasion films, they have now evolved into social horror films that introduce us to a fictional 12-hour period in which (nearly) all crime is legal in the United States, including murder. The films have now evolved into street mob anarchy films depicting what we have been seeing lately with mobs that have resorted to violence in the streets of Portland Oregon and in other cities where groups are blocking entry into I.C.E offices. Also recently, violent mobs attacked each other in the streets of Portland which reminded many of the scenes that have been the standard for the Purge films. Now, ironically “The First Purge” is actually the fourth Purge film which follows “The Purge Election Year” which was released just in time for the hotly contested 2016 presidential election between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. The film was released on Independence Day where everyone was concerned about a possible show down again. The climate is high as left wing pundits have said that it is time to be aggressive and revolutionary against President Trump and those who support him. The first Purge also will project the building blocks for the bleak future we’re just now getting a foretaste of police shootings of unarmed citizens, profit-driven prisons, weapons of compliance, a wall-to-wall surveillance state, pre-crime programs, a suspect society, school-to-prison pipelines, militarized police, overcriminalization, SWAT team raids, endless wars, etc.

Arguably, these things are not the product of the current administration. All of this was put in place by government officials we trusted to look out for our best interests. However, it is becoming obvious that something that was once called a conspiracy fantasy has been revealed as a reality. The reality is that the conspiracy theory surrounding Operation Cable Splicer seems to be a stark reality and while many Americans are not aware of its mission, the details of Cable Splicer and its sister Projects called Garden Plot, Red Light and Deep Shield are simultaneously being implemented and some Americans are falling right into the cross fire as to how a Purge is in the making, but it is not what you think. William Cooper is the author of Behold a Pale Horse and his revelations were shocking back in the 1980’s.

The character of Dr. Alvin Kurzweil played by Martin Landau, on the X-Files, gave a message to Agent Mulder about an invasion that the shadow government would plan and carry out during the fourth of July weekend. He pointed out to Mulder that FEMA would be used to carry out procedures to secure the continuity of government. He hinted that perhaps the takeover would be connected to intelligence operations that would force the country into Martial law. This whole idea was taken directly from Bill Cooper’s book “Behold a Pale Horse” where Cooper claims that he saw intelligence Data on Operation Red Light, where an invasion on American soil would one day be staged in order to enforce a police state on the country. It would be day where the president would leave Washington and where most people would travel away from their homes. Cooper believed that the perfect time for this Operation would be July 4th, Independence Day. Operation Red Light is also similar to a little-known Operation called Cable Splicer.

Operation Cable Splicer is a subprogram of the Rex 84 Program, which “was established on the reasoning that if a ‘mass exodus’ of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.” Cable Splicer is the adjunct program meant to establish a program for an orderly takeover of State and local governments in the event of an established riot or insurgence should the REX 84 program lead to domestic violence and civil upheaval. As we have witnessed, the modern version of REX 84 has been enforced by the current administration but as history will show mass exodus protocols have been on the books since the Reagan administration and was re-figured into the policies of the Obama administration. Operation Cable Splicer is “the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation. Garden Plot was actually the classified portion of the Cable Splicer Program where not only would combatants be detained, but there was also provisions for using chemical and silent and directed energy weapons in order to shut down entire areas for control. Under this plan for the deployment of Operation Garden Plot, the use of CIDCON-1 will be mandatory. This direct support of civil disturbance control operations is to be used by the Army, USAF, Navy, and Marine Corp. with an airlift force to be comprised of MAC Organic Airlift Resources, airlift capable aircraft of all other USAF major commands, and all other aerial reconnaissance and Airborne Psychological Operations. This is to include control communications systems, aeromedical evacuation, helicopter and Weather Support Systems.

If any civil disturbance by a resistance group, religious organization, or other persons considered to be non-conformist takes place, under Appendix 3 to Annex B of Plan 55-2 hereby gives all Federal forces total power over the situation if local and state authorities cannot put down said dissenters. Annex A, section B of Operation Garden Plot defines tax protesters, militia groups, religious cults, and general anti-government dissenters as Disruptive Elements. This calls for the deadly force to be used against any extremist or dissident perpetrating any and all forms of civil disorder. Under section D, a Presidential Executive Order will authorize and direct the Secretary of Defense to use the Armed Forces of the United States to restore order by any means necessary. On May 13, 1985, Philadelphia police moved in to arrest four members of a radical black liberation group called, Move. After years of antagonism with police, Move had fortified a row home on Osage Avenue in Philly as their headquarters. They boarded up walls, built a bunker on the roof, and broadcast their anti-police comments through a bullhorn, night and day. When the neighbors complained the police went into action. Hundreds of officers, several fire trucks and a bomb squad arrived that day, with military-grade weapons in tow. They first tried to flush out the house with fire hoses. A team then blew holes in the walls to funnel in teargas, but no one budged. Then there was massive gunfire. When that didn’t work, they flew a helicopter over the compound and dropped a bomb on them. The bomb missed and started a fire. This was probably the first time a bomb was dropped on an American city to stop extremist combatants. According to Section 3 of the Garden Plot Cable Splicer plan, there are conditions as to when the President or authority to can enact the policy in order to control any and all situations of civil unrest.

Spontaneous civil disturbances which involve large numbers of persons and/or which continue for a considerable period of time may exceed the capacity of local civil law enforcement agencies to suppress. Although this type of activity can arise without warning as a result of sudden, unanticipated popular unrest (past riots), it may also result from more prolonged dissidence. This would most likely be an outgrowth of serious social, political or economic issues which divide segments of the American population. Such factionalism could manifest itself through repeated demonstrations, protest marches and other forms of legitimate opposition but which would have the potential for erupting into spontaneous violence with little or no warning. Designer bodies, designer babies, advanced reproduction systems and mechanical body parts are all on the horizon to keep us in state of virtual perfection. However, it is arguable as to how perfect the body can be through transmogrification. We are promised a Techtopia where humanity will progress to a point of surpassing human limitations such as ”death, disease and other biological frailties. The three main goals of transhumanism are achieving super-longevity, super-intelligence, and super-wellbeing. These goals can be achieved through our rapid technological advancements. Super-longevity is becoming more and more likely with our ever advancing medicine and drug development. Through genetic engineering and genome editing, scientists are now able to cure what were once incurable diseases. Proponents of transhumanism envision a human that goes beyond its current biology and cognition. They are trying to move society into the next stage of human development where man achieves super-intelligence and emotional well-being. Transhumanists ask, “If humans can interfere with the process of evolution, is it possible for us to create a human being with greater capacities than what we are now? Can we make a human species without weakness of disease and illness, anger and sadness, and ultimately overcome death itself?” Some see such a technologically driven future as not just desirable, but a necessity. Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla Motors and SpaceX indicated an inevitability of humans to symbiotically bond with artificial intelligence if the human species were to remain relevant. This call for humanity’s radical makeover comes right at the midst of the digital age, where Homo sapiens, with the progress of science and technology, are crossing the Rubicon, challenging physical boundaries and organic biological limitations.

The coming of a post-human era promises to alleviate suffering, make us stronger, more intelligent and godlike. Transhumanists try to bring eternal life through insemination of machine intelligence into the human body. By combining big data with AI software, the idea is already there for humanity to attain digital immortality, where one can develop mind clones of oneself that has its own life on the web. It was reported last month that scientists at the University of California in San Diego have grown pea-sized brains in petri dishes from lumps of tissue taken from fossil bones of the Neanderthals. They compared these with modern human brains to find out why Neanderthals went extinct while homo sapiens colonized the whole planet. Now they want to link these caveman brains to robots using neural implants, to make real-life cyborgs. Neanderthals went extinct 40,000 years ago, but we are discovering more and more about their sophisticated societies all the time. They want to combine the robot with the brain in order to test its ability to learn. By doing this systematically, scientists claim that they will learn what the genetic alterations are that made us uniquely human and why humans were positively selected. As we can see scientists are well on their way to create a thinking robot with an organic brain where a digital soul can be downloaded into it. It took scientists about six to eight months to grow the mini-Neanderthal brains from stem cells. Even though they are fully grown, they still measure only about half a centimeter in length. The Neanderthal mini brains are described as having lumpy, popcorn-like shapes. It appears that this experiment shows that these technocrat experiments have whole lot less to do with making the world a better place than it does with transcending the human condition.

Ultimately, according to the technotopian orthodoxy, the human future climaxes by uploading our consciousness to a computer or, perhaps better, accepting that technology itself is our evolutionary successor. Like members of a gnostic cult, we long to enter the next transcendent phase of our development, shedding our bodies and leaving them behind, along with our sins and troubles. Agendas behind transhumanist movements can be seen as the ultimate goal of transnational corporations. The rise of corporate power turned civilization against nature. Multinational agricultural biotechnology corporations like Monsanto have assaulted life by monopolizing seeds and poisoning food with GMOs. The genetically modified foods, genetically modified people and mechanized cyborgs will eventually turn humans into mere caricature of what they once were. Transhumanists generally fall into two categories: strong and weak. Weak transhumanists believe that technology should be used to simply enhance humanity, whether that be intelligence, appearance, and life span. Strong transhumanists on the other hand have the radical belief that technology should be used to develop humans to another species all together. The ideas advocated by weak transhumanists are already accepted by many in today’s world, and the development of drugs and nanotechnology to help solve medical issues is already seen as ethical by a majority. Strong transhumanist goals to develop a new species entirely, is met with accusations that it’s unethical and unlikely to happen. In the Techtopian era, the mechanized Gods will make decisions about things we has humans use to see as a challenge. However, the robots will be used as servants up until the point of singularity and then man will no longer be treated as a human being. Workers will be exploited, being treated as disposable with no benefits, while mega-corporations look for the next cheap labor to exploit and new markets to make a killing. The merciless cyborg with its callous skin controls world finance, turning all living beings into cartoons or puppets in their tyrannical fantasy.

In this artificial natural selection pushed forward by the invisible hands of the market, the cold algorithm enacts financial terrorism, dictating who should survive and who should die. Researchers at Stanford University’s School of Medicine have released an algorithm that can analyze your chances of survival after an accident or after being stricken with something like cancer or a heart attack. In an article for The Wall Street Journal, Lloyd Minor, a dean with Stanford’s School of Medicine, said that AI was able to independently figure out when a person would pass away nine out of 10 times. Minor was quick to explain that AI is by no means going to replace a doctor, acknowledging the dystopian feel of using AI in medical care and stressing that in the end, it would potentially act as a tool for physicians to use in helping to design end-of-life care. The Da Vinci System is powered by robotic technology that allows the surgeon’s hand movements to be translated into smaller, precise movements of tiny instruments inside the patient’s body. It was announced in the Los Angeles times this week that China plans to dominate AI, with a vanguard of robotic doctors called “Biomind.” Biomind was developed in a joint venture between a Singaporean tech company, Hanalytics, and China’s prestigious Tiantan Hospital.
