yes, physical placement means he would live in my apartment. I would still let him have joint custody, if he chooses to see his kids.

You would have to ask him if he loves them. Not calling the 2 here for 9 months. I do not know. I have encouraged the boys to see him...and take them to his house. But after the last time, one came home crying.. I no longer encourage them to go. ( He was gone 20 minutes}

A little backround info...
I moved out with the boys April 2006. I moved into the basement of my parents house. I was working part-time. I now work full time and I have insurance on all the boys. I also have my own apartment and have lived here 2 months. My parents barrowed me the money to file for divorce, and I had to take him to court to get child support. This became effective in Oct..
He has never once called the boys. The only reason the 2 that live with me ever see him is because, I used to encourage them to go. I stopped doing it now, as the last time they went over it only lasted about 20 minutes. One came home crying. Neither one of them have a bed in his house. Did pay child support 2 months..Then lost his job, now he is taking me back to court for lower child support.
Money is not the issue. I currently work OT to make and meet and will continue to do so. I am wondering what is my best strategy to get my 3rd son.
Any advice will be appreciated.
