happiness is when part my brain /mind by DEFAULT temporarily lays aside the negative aspects of life .and secretly slips off to recharge its batteries, ,... in peaceful bliss.. .
in such moments of joy , i find myself in a place where lots of things make me happy,
basically anything positive ,
twas nice day today , soft breeze n sunny spells.
i was happy about that.
among other things.
the birds were singing
frost n snow of yesterday had thawed .
i was happy for the birds.
gave them some food.
twas a kind of a cyclic affair
i was happy for the birds
and for the scene
and that then was making me smile
and touched my heart
twas the day that was in it,
the whole thing
a mix of me and the weather
cause and effect
and there i just found myself
sitting in the garden,
momentarily happy.

lookinforhappy was just happy.again
