hi, from my experience of a very simular situation,i think your aunt needs to know the truth!

well i think she figured out when everyone started calling and going to see her. she told my one aunt well everyone must think i'm dying because everyone is calling me. i called her and she didn't want to talk to me.. but she was having trouble with her breathing as the cancer is in her lungs too. she wasn't even a smoker. but it started in her uretha. and spread. she's been fighting it for 3 yrs. now.

my thought too. We almost lost her right before christmas but she pulled through that. The dr's said the cancer was in her spinal fluid now too.

I think it is probably best not to. Let her pass in her own time. It happens naturally and I am sure she is aware.
