Sure, I was a bit off on that one. My gradfather payed about 3 months sallary for his first, and I suppose that was not long after the war. So kinda pricy for it's time, at least over here in Norway. Still... then houses I find nowadays for sale in Sweden is about half of what it is here in Norway and that is a pleasant surprie for a dude like me who might move across.
