Geeezzz Jess I am so armed for this mission. I start the tabs on Monday then if I need more help I stick on the patches....in the mean time I have bought tapestry set for idle hands.I have a you can do it dvd plugged and ready to go and I have the full support of quitline...the aa of smoking ...ringing me.Definately aiming to get that jar full by September.
