The only way 2 get through it is with time, ure gunna hurt badly for a while im sure, but everything happens 4 a reason in my opinion. U just gotta try 2 b strong, u will shed tears which is not a bad thing, but just try 2 hang in there.

Hello and welcome to the board. I am really sorry for you but you just have to take one day at a time and be there for your children when you can. I know the pain you are feeling right now and you think it will never go away but time and talking to other people help and one day you will wake up and start to feel better, but you cant rush that - the only real advice I can give you is that she is still the mother of your children and like you said, you are not blameless, so dont say things bad in a hasty moment because once the words are out you can never undo them. Try to work at having a peaceful relationship with her and honestly it will help you and it will for sure help your kids. This board has helped lots of people who will no doubt come on and tell you this evening and we have probably all suffered similar things but just sharing a joke or a little bit of banter on here helps lighten the load - so dont be shy for long - just join in
