has to be the right amount of sauce versus brownsugar, garlic is a must
and it has to get really hot until all of the sauce carmalizes to the chicken
The bigger the pot that you use the better

stove top
Check it out
(4) lg boneless skinless chicken breasts
cut them into bit size pieces
PUt olive oil(reg, not xtra virgin) in a skillet let it get hot
Throw a big teaspoon of garlic in
shake it up
add the chicken

when the chicken is cooked
Throw it in a large pot
Then add a whole bottle of terraiki sauce
The chicken should be higher thatn the sauce in the pot

When the sauce starts to get warm
Add in almost half a bag of dark brown sugar
Add a nother teaspoon of garlic and a shake or two of salt
Put it on med high heat for about a min or so
When it starts to bubble on the outside
Stir it carefullly
YOU DON'T Want to destroy the shape of the chicken
Keep stirring until large buubles appear on the top

This will iindicate that the chicken is being caramelized

Let it caramelize for two minutes and then remove from heat and let set for about three minutes so you don't burn the hell out of your mouth
Add rice or snow peas and rice like I did and eat it up
