Self pity
I never saw a wild thing
sorry for itself
A small bird will drop frozen dead from a bough
without ever having felt sorry for itself

Everytime I felt down I remember this poem, and I delete everything and I start again

because they aren't capable...

nature can teach us much... but, then we have to realize we are feeling, emotional, thinking beings. We are not just breeding animals...

When I am down,I let myself feel it. Something is telling me to pay attention.
