feeling very down tonight, any good things to talk about? ( Archived) (11)

I try very hard to keep an upbeat positive attitude to most everything in life, but there are times that we all experience when you think not only of your own personal problems, but also the whole world in general, and you cant help but become a little sad at times.....can anyone please somehow say something to lift my spirits? guess i just need to be reminded that im not the only one who has times like this. Also, want to say thanks to all of you who have supported me recently, though ive only been here a short while, many kind words have been spoken to me and i want to say thanks to each of you.

God no....We all go through rough times in our lives...You're not alone....keep your chin up and this too shall pass!!!!!!

I think we all feel that way sometimes. Me I just think of all those who are worse off than me, think about all I have and enjoy that.

sure just do as I do......... its sometimes the littlest things that cheer us up lol I hope that things get better for you.

thanks and yes this poem does help, I dont know exactly how it applies to me. Though I feel I've always fought the battle, I doubt that I am indispensible in some ways, while in other ways, I know that I am....because we all have a combination of our own qualities, strengths and characteristics that are unique only to us....so yes, I think it did help....thanks! Doesn't really fix anything, but it's good to be reminded that I'm not alone in these things, ya know?
