I think if two people hit it off then distance should not be a problem..but so many men are to lazy to travel....or scared..or more to the point to tight to pay the fare to come and see you...Thats if thy have to catch a plane from another country.Such whimps..laugh

my experience of long distance is not good, its such hard work and theres no replacement for being able to pick up the phone and say "come on over for a snuggle on the sofa tonight". Just my experience though I am sure there are some it has worked for !

It works for so long, but eventually one of them has to relocate. My best mate met a guy on a chat room and moved to Newcastle to live with him and they're still going strong, she's been there three years now.

Too lazy to travel?

Maybe the case for some,

But not for all,

I actually nailed my bike, bringing it from the North to the South,

So it does go to show,

Stereotype, I am not.

yup, i was dating someone from this site, i think one of the blockers was the distance, it was getting to much traveling to each other, shame tho becouse she was, still is a nice girl, i think unless one of you is prepared to move it will only work for so long

HI ALL I BELIVE LONG DISTANCE RELATIONSHIPS CAN REALLY WORK ITS DEPEND S ON HOW MUCH LOVE YOU HAVE FOR EACH OTHER AND I THINK IT S A GOOD WAY TO START NOT LIVEING IN EACH OTHERS POKETS ,,, MY BEST FRIEND SHELLY SHE LIVED IN NOTTINGHAM AND HER BOYFRIEND LIVED IN MANCHESTER THEY USE TO SEE EACH OTHER EVERY SATERDAY AND SUNDAY EVERY WEEK AND DUEING THE WEEK THEY WOULD GO TO WORK AND SPEAK ON THE PHONE THEY KEPT THIS ROUTINE FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS THEN HE MOVED TO NOTTINGHAM AND NOW THY HAVE TWO GREAT KIDS THE RESON THAT WORKED WAS BECAUSE HE LOVED HER AND SHE FELT THE SAME SO DONT END YOUR HAPPYNESS AS IT WILL ALL BE WORTH IT IN THE END XXXXwave hug

some long distance relationships do work, but like i say, one of you has to make that comitment and move,if none of you are willing to do that then it will only last for so long :)
