He needs to eat his own words!!! He does do a lot of double talking!
Read it for yourselves folks! April 9, 1999 Governor G.W. Bush
Bush, in Austin, criticized President Clinton's administration for not doing enough to enunciate a goal for the Kosovo military action and indicated the bombing campaign might not be a tough enough response. "Victory means exit strategy, and it's important for the president to explain to us what the exit strategy is," Bush said.
I could not resist including this part. It shows that these folks have been in cahoots, planning their deception on the American People and the World, for quite some time. Do some research on the Council on Foreign Relations... they are BAD NEWS!
Bush has been meeting this week with experts trying to bring him up to speed on foreign policy and economic issues.
Bush spokeswoman Karen Hughes said the governor met two days this week with foreign policy advisers that included former Secretary of State George Shultz, Pentagon adviser Richard Perle, Condoleeza Rice of Stanford University and Paul Wolfowitz of Johns Hopkins University. All served in the administrations of Presidents Reagan or George Bush, the governor's father.

All of Congress do not receive the same CIA briefing as the President. This was reflected in the 9/11 Commission Report. The briefing the President received in the mornings, all of the info could not be revealed due to "National Security". It was not allowed to be shared with the committee, only certain members of Congress, handpicked by the President, were allowed this info. And this was durring the investigation. On a daily basis, this information is NOT shared with our Congress members. The Bush Administration does many things in secret, using the "cover up" of "National Security". This President continues to try to keep Congress "in the dark" and do as he wishes, not what the American people desire. He's the DECIDER!
Actually, no. The congress didn't manipulate the intelligence provided to them. The White house did. Read what George Tenet, the former CIA chief, has to say about what he did and did not say to the president and the White house.
Also Clinton patiently waited for the UN Inspection program to work, which it did. The democrats might have engaged in sabre rattling but they would have thought this thing out. It takes a particularly nasty Neocon, who'd like to see the 'End Times' come to do what the current administration has done.
