Yeah tonight, I'll be having Beef Saute Chasseur..........
Its beef, mushrooms, onions, garlic, white wine, and tomato puree, with saute potatoes and asparagus spears......... so quick and easy to do but delicious!! Try it, you'll love it (unless your vegetarian, of course but just leave the meat out).
I have a stack of recipes, as I'm sure you do, love. But if you ever want any, just ask........ none of mine are ever complicated and yet good enough to serve up at dinner for friends (its called cheating!!). I used many for dinner with my ex's boss so......
thumbs up wave

Leftover American chop suey. Made enough for an army even tho I live alone. Takes care of several meals grin

For those who live on the other side of the big pond, that is macaroni, tomato sauce, burger and diced tomato. Can add onion, green pepper and whatever

Yes, I love cooking. I enjoy entertaining but don't get to do it quite as much these days. I have a squillion recipes and always trying something new, though I am ever going back to seafood dishes - love it!

Mind you, all these gastronomic delights won't be a patch on a good tulip sandwich, eh??rolling on the floor laughing

Yes, I have never even heard of these foods. They sound more like the name of some Chairman at a major business corporation or something, but it still builds me an appetite.grin

Chicken walnut salad sandwich served on foccacia (sp?) bread, with a side of broccoli covered in alfredo sauce...

Lunch isn't for 4 hours for me, but I can already taste the crunchy walnuts in the chicken salad...

MMMMMMMM, toasty...laugh

I think he means the time difference, Kayie. It was approaching our lunchtime but his lunchbreak won't be for another 4 hours, I think?
