i think it would be a good idea to meet him first on saturday. Then if all goe`s well and u click then it will be something to look forward to an plan when he comes back.
On the otherside, if u don`t click and it does`nt go too well then u can both carry on with ur own lives, without any hurts.

My thoughts are, go on Saturday, see how it goes....if all goes well, absence makes the heart grow fonder.
If it doesn't go to plan, your not wasting 6 weeks of waiting.
Its your decision, but go with what feels right.

If my gut instinct says go on the Sat even out of curiosity i would go but i would hold onto my heart until he got back even if we got on as a lot can happen in six weeks!
Meet him to see if there is a connection or chemistry and then bide your time till he comes back but dont sit about thinking about him for six weeks just get on with your life as if you are just cool friends and have no expectations or you may find yourself falling with a bump! Take it easy and good luck to both of you.
This will be just the same forhim remember!! lol

Thanks y'all...! There are some good viewpoints here, I was just wondering if there is a 6 week gap, anything could happen. He could meet someone else or just have a change of heart but, yes, I guess that could be said of me too.
