come on over.grin i like that dish. All chicken dishes are yummy to me. I make a good chicken parmesan. Its easy.

Can i cook? well i am ok...nothing special but can make some dishes. I worked in a group home so i picked up some cooking skills there.

My fav foods? hmmm aside from chicken dishes...i love salmon. In the summer i bbq it. i cover the salmon is olive oil, garlic, herbs like dill and and slice lemon then wrap it in tin foil and pop it on the bbq. yummmy stuff.

I am a very competent cook too.
Black Forest Cheesecake is my specialty.

I prepare as normal, except when I dust it with crumbs on top I make a paper stencil that says " EAT ME "

yay

Is this the right forum?

But this OP is asking about food?

Can't be. He's a one-trick pinto, right?

Hey Pucksy, it'd be easier for you to tell us what food you don't like.

The list would be shorter, for sure.rolling on the floor laughing

Yeah love those NY Strips

Also rib steak

I like mine medium rare, please

Yummy

You know, I find they taste way better on a charcoal grill compared to gas. IMO

Course you need the time -- and hot coals.

Also, never, ever walk away from a grill with steaks on.

well yes i believe so. I read it in a mag that had done a survey/reasearch on it. I guess some things in print you just hope are true but i am not about to verify everything.

Both chefs eh...hmmm that could get steamy in the kitchen. Wish them the best.wave
