yep mich. sucks . well he may have to pay ay least 20% at the hearing or do 45 days in jail. most likely his girl friend will pay it. i don't care who pays it as long as my kids get the support they deserve.

i have a lawyer, but he won't be going to this hearing. it varies by county how things go. wayne county judges can impose a 20% payment at the hearing or jail or they can suspended the liscence with a payment plan.

Thats the problem in Michigan, last I knew they won't go pick them up. You end up waiting for them to be pulled over for speeding and such.

yeah...the city i am in now is more like that. luckily he lives in a county where they are a little smaller...and they hate his guts, too...not to mention, he has an electrical license that he really doesn't wanna lose.

my ex brother-in-law showed up on my doorstep in a complete tizzy threatening me to leave him outta it...apparently ocse had been calling his house, threatening him...to find jay. of course, i had nothing to do with that, but they didn't believe me...when i called the office, they said that jay had his address legally changed to his bro's house, which was why they were harrassing him. however, they said they could call any relative he had, period.
