When some people refer to issues, they seem to assume all people are the same i.e. all women, all men, all 18-25 yr olds. Why don't they refer to some? confused confused confused

Some people cant see the threes for the woods - they are the generalisers (abstractionists)
Others cant see the woods for the trees - they are the myopic

The best is to be able to balance both views - not just the best but the only way to make sense.wink

Mavbe they meaning All the people in their circle? All the women they Know, or all the Men they know, or all the 25yr olds they know. Obviously they cannot mean ALL the people of that type on the entire planet.....dunno
