It's good to be chilled and not overly concerned what may or may not happen during your every moment awake. But a little forethought and planning never went amiss now did it my cool Greek chum? You know this of course...
Personally, I'm WAY to laid back...in fact I refuse to consider the future to any great depth at the monent...just need to relax for a while.

I mainly live for the day, not really a long term planner at all. I'm more a happy go lucky type.

For me.. today is the most important day I have! for yesterday has gone and I may not be around tomorrow! Yes! of course I make plans but I dont plan the outcome! life is to complicated to be able to dictate the outcome of the future and I so love the feeling of when I awake, I can just appreciate that for me it is a brand new day!
For one day I can love, try not to hurt others and make the very best of my 24 hrs! if my higher power has decided to give me this one day then I am determined that I shall make it one of the best I've ever had!

For me, if I live today fully all the rest kind of falls into place. I have a vague five year plan and an even more vague ten year plan because something might happen tomorrow that would make all plans superfluous.

I think that it is allways good to know where you are going, whether it is in short or long term. After all with no destination you are going no where.
