i overheard on the radio news yesterday that the house of lords voted to limit the mayor of london's term in office to the maximum of 2 terms ?

..is this right ?

should we limmit peoples stay ib public office like they do in america ?

if somebody 's good and people want to keep them in office why can't they stay for as long as people want them to stay ?

...and if i'm wrong should we then limit the british prime minister to only 2 terms of office ?conversing

why only the mayor off london dunno

Hard to say, but at least on this end, I currently view term limits as an absolute Godsend. grin
