New York City is consist of five boroughs and then the Upper state..
Depends on where you live you get those types that are immature, stupid and crimianl like... Not all areas like , Im sure he was referring to the inner cities.. I been in all the boroughs, long island, and upstate, big difference when you are away from the city. Small percentage I can say are not right on the head! It's the way they want to live!

im sorry i said that but in the inner city they dont act mild and gentle the women in the inner city always got to be loud evil and obnobious same for the guys too when they going stop acting ruff animals even scared of them
