What is a good price to pay for a pair of trainers for cross training. Now normally I don't go by price as a guideline but I want a monimum really as do not widsh to spend too little.
With choices galore I am stuck. Shops mainly stock Adidas or Nike.
Looking for lightweight, good support and don't want to wind up with ankle or knee problems.
I'm finding prices from Lm30 to Lm50. Flat sole or ridged bottom? The runing variety seems too heavy for general gym and aerobics classes.
