Hey hun...

You know what? The last time I was looking for work was by far when I got the best response. I ended up with a FANTASTIC job in forensics...a VERY specialized and HIGHLY competitive field....Know what I did? I acted like I was a poor student (which for once at that time I was not)...there is usually a not-for-profit agency in town that will have job postings galore, plus they help you to tweak your resume (though I didn't require their services for that)..let you make copies/faxes for free...etc etc...

You should look around...I think the one I went to last time was called "John Howard's Society"? Something like that, anyhow...

FYI...I edited resumes professionally for a few years back in my college days...let me know if you want me to run my magic fingers over yours! (Pro Bono of course!)

Your friend,

Sam

Anyways....that's my advice...to have a spot-on resume and a killer cover letter...does the trick every time..
