Main Course: Duck with walnut based mash potatoes (as a base for the duck)and a rosemary or cutney sauce trickled round the the duck
or if you want to keep on with fish...
Salmon with a mint sause accompanied by crisp vegetables
Dessert: Moelleux au Chocolat… A French classic that literally melts in your mouth!!!
Choice of wine: Blue Nun.

Main: Fillet of Beef with Mascarpone Cheese and Wild Mushrooms
Dessert: Passion Fuit Mousse dashed with Chocolate
Wine: Cheval Franc (Maltese Superior Red)
