The MSM is what my friend ( the one that owns the herb shop) said would help arthritis and my fibromyalgia. She also suggested that I try a few other things in conjunction with the MSM...

Well don't spend your money yet, give me acouple of days to come up with this info. I had someone ask me on Fibromyagia earlier. My ex had it really bad for 14 years of our marriage. Not much helps it. Nothing medical ever helped here. That is one of those conditions with a ton of symtoms. My ex had about 90 95% of all the symptoms. It's different for everyone. Trial and error. lot's of books out on it, Haven't seen anything truely beneificial in treating it yet.

I was put on numerous meds. for it...the only result was that the Dr. would prescribe more Rx's to counter-act adverse symptoms and reactions or to 'treat' more/other symptoms. I finally got tired of the whole vicious cycle, so I stopped taking everything. After a week or so, I felt MUCH better and was no longer in a 'fog'....But that is just *me*.....

I've already been taking the MSM for approx. a week.... And using the lotion also, but as I said...no results yet.
If you can find a better alternative...please let me know...
