The section seven costs are cort ordered - well 30% of them are court ordered. But I have to go after them - send him the cost and hope he pays - if he doesn't - is it really worth it to go back to court??? NO!

I agree - if we all rolled over and did nothing...where would we be?
Reading the Canada site does gives u alot of imfo for sure , my experience with Child support cost me big time Taz, only because he is financially well off, and kept bringing me back to court approx 3 times a year for 12 yrs. He knew the cost of my lawyer was going to hurt me financially 
but I had no choice because I got served each time and had to return to court each time, to not lose the support for Chrissy.
I did win each time, at a very high price, lawyers fee
which drain me financially 
If I would have not expense to fight him each time, I would have retired at 55 with no problem

It's not a question of wishing evil on anyone.It's just a question of what's right. It took two to bring the child into the world,why should only one have to bear the financial cost while the other moves on?
