Try checking on the OH CANADA web site ,they have info on child support.

But usually medical, activities, school and any special needs should be covered.

I was gonna say google it but you probably already did...

I really don't know what else to say. My ex is 2 years behind, haven't seen a penny yet.... no use to look into costs of extra curicular activities laugh

The section seven costs are cort ordered - well 30% of them are court ordered. But I have to go after them - send him the cost and hope he pays - if he doesn't - is it really worth it to go back to court??? NO!

Evil?

That is NOT evil! Someone who can't take responsability of their children is EVIL!

You want to make a baby. You help pay for it and be just as responsable for it! Period!!

Reading the Canada site does gives u alot of imfo for sure , my experience with Child support cost me big time Taz, only because he is financially well off, and kept bringing me back to court approx 3 times a year for 12 yrs. He knew the cost of my lawyer was going to hurt me financially frustrated but I had no choice because I got served each time and had to return to court each time, to not lose the support for Chrissy.

I did win each time, at a very high price, lawyers fee doh which drain me financially sigh

If I would have not expense to fight him each time, I would have retired at 55 with no problem dunno

I have no regrets he succeeded to break me but lost his girls doh

It's not a question of wishing evil on anyone. It's just a question of what's right. It took two to bring the child into the world, why should only one have to bear the financial cost while the other moves on?
