All of that sounds good. I like to make alot of chicken dishes. But I also like trying new recipes out and tweaking them to be my own. My mom has the best chicken and rice recipe that I like to make..... now I'm hungryconversing

The easy way to do that is mix some chicken soup with amount of water needed for amount of rice , put everything including raw chicken breast and cover and cook in oven , until chicken is done. Can sprinkle cheese over top to add more flavor.
If you do pork loin chops brown first then do as above , it makes it a lot tastier. especially if season the chops first.

You know whats good to make is stir fry. You can do so many variations depending on what you have. I love to have strips of steak and then you can have whatever veggies you have on hand. Just be sure to use Extra Virgin Olive Oil and not that much of it.

Funny, that's exactly what I do! I use chicken or beef and then dump forzen vegetables in there. Olive oil is good for medium heat. I use coconut oil or a mixture with olive oil. thumbs up
