This story was told to me by my mother and she NEVER lies. That is the only reason I believe in ghosts to this day:
When I was only months old and my older brother was 3, my mom and dad were living in my dad's mothers house. She had passed away roughly 4 months prior. A few weeks after moving in, my mom would notice that certain things that she had rearranged and moved in the house were being put back in their original place. She asked my dad if he was doing this and he said no. A small rug at the back door was moved to the side door because that was the door that mom and dad were using the most. Everyday it would get moved back to the back door spot. Mom decided to dust some of the China and figurines in the house. While dusting she moved certain pieces to where she liked them. The next morning, everything that had been disturbed or moved was returned to where it was before. This went on for months and was starting to scare my mom. Then one night after our family had been in the house almost 6 months, my mom had just put me to bed and had tucked my brother in for the night as well. She was returning to the living room via the hallway that all of the bedrooms connected to. She passed my Grandmothers room and caught something out of the corner of her eye. It was Grammy Bond sitting on the edge of her bed facing foreward staring blankly at nothing. My mom said she stood there for about 20 seconds staring at her and she never moved. My mother says she didn't look like a whispy type white ghost or "see-through". But plain as day and real. Well, she freaked and woke my brother up, grabbed me and ran out to the car in front of the house and sat there with us till my dad got home. He was, as usual, drunk and laughed it off and went into the house. Mom got the keys and and took us to my Uncle Carey's house..................
Haven't had anything happen yet, but have studied and watched many of the TV programs on Supernatural, read several books....and absolutely believe in their existence.
If I were to ever see anything, I truly believe it would NOT freak me out.

Ghosts aren't creepy! I think the creepy feelings people get from ghosts are the ghosts feelings that they are tring to express to the living. I seem to have attracted lots of ghosts over the years, and I seem to be able to help them on there way and I generally feel they are scared and lost and seeking help.

I haven't. I have thought about it on occasions and have looked at bits and pieces online, but the timing never seems quite right. Sometime I think these groups get a bit too "into it" if you get me. maybe one day.
I used to watch it all the time (before cs, of course, now who has the time?). It made sense to me. Even some of the investigators would get scared and run out of the room. Their cameras certainly showed pics of something unexplainable, heat detectors, feel of wind, cold. What's not to believe? They can't ALL be lying?
I guess my belief goes all the way back to the Ouija Board. I swear I never steered it to give particular answers.
I guess, I just believe, until someone proves to me, why not to believe.
