chamomile extract....20 drops in a glass of water
it's thick yellowy and tastes tooo sweet but you will rest easier for sure! make sure you dilute it in water at least 8 oz.

awesome. thanks alex. Ya know I might know someone that might have some. a lady I work with as a matter a fact heheh we call her the witch doctor hahah but she has told me of alot of things with herbs and such to help with basic ailments and illnesses. If I remember correctly, correct me if I'm wrong but she said something about eating a teaspoon of RAW honey I mean straight from a bee keepers hive. she said that will help with my allergies?!? I have been suffering from those really bad here lately? ever heard of that alex?

yes, and prolly the reason being the propolis is still with it and has not been through a refining process... ask her about chinese herbs for your allergies they worked wonders on my daughters girlfriend who was on every drug ever made since she was 5 yrs old!
when i got to her and ended that expensive nightmare it took us 3 months to detox her and then use the herbs and now she is almost fine... only a little seasonal hay fever and VERY MILD at that!

well just got back from the doctors office my doctor bridgette took me off work and school for the next 2 days gave me some meds and told me to drink clear liquids so guess I'm on a liquid diet lol well gonna try and eat a little something and get some rest talk to yall later on

I'm beginning to wonder if this is airborne? I have a doctors appointment at 1130 this morning and I already called my instructor and told him I wasn't gonna be in class today. so I'm home for the rest of the day UGH!!!!!!!!
