I heard and see innocent people die. I feel bad about it. If God exists, then why God let innocent people die? Or there is really no God at all. We just exist accidently by chance.
Ecclesiastes 9:11 I have seen something else under the sun: The race is not to the swift or the battle to the strong, nor does food come to the wise or wealth to the brilliant or favor to the learned; but time and chance happen to them all.
JMO; Can you imagine how over-populated this planet would be without death? Everyone dies. God really has nothing to do with death as far as a "person's time". Good or bad we ALL die.
I'll elaborate, The bible has way to many contradictions,. Scirntists have proven the great Flood could have never happened. If you want a link that explains the origins of relegion. I will gladly give it you.
Yes, some people die because they make a bad choice, like walking out in front of a train, some die because they were murdered. With some it`s just random chance. Time gets the rest.
Not looking for an argument, but apparently you have little real knowledge of the bible. History records the flood, Noah's Ark has been found in the exact place where the bible says it landed. Explain, how did it get there? Did a fairytale build it?
And what about the crossing of the Red Sea and the army of the Egyptians drowning in the waters when they returned to normal?
This is not only in the bible, but historians have also recorded these facts.
Satan exists on earth tell the final days... when Jesus comes down with his army to throw him into the pit of hell.....where the earth will become peaceful again....God lets things happen because of the great plan..... we are seeing the signs of the final days...
Read the history of the Bible, not just the Bible. Take head to its words, and seek knowledge and pray for the wisdom to understand.... ...
That's why I don't get involved in Religious or political posts. I know without doubt the bible is fiction. Might as well beleive in Sant Clause, the tooth fairy and easter bunny.
We are never promised anything in this life...only to live and die. This whole subject is atheisms (no offense B...I respect your feelings here buddy) most powerful weapon against Christianity. Without any objective evidence upon which to base their claim and atheist will simply retort "there is no God".
While undoubtedly there is much evil in this world, there is also more good, just open your eyes and look around you for the things you are thankful for.
Jesus Christ was the only truly innocent and righteous man in history, but that didn't mean he didn't escape suffering, in fact he suffered most.
Suffering in this world (For Christians) will make us realize the needs for our salvation and this in turns makes us turn back towards our faith in God.
As a Christian, I believe that God is loving and merciful, even when he allows trials and suffering to become a part of my life. It tests my faith, makes me stronger and brings me closer to God.
God never promised there would be no pain and suffering in this world, but he did provide us with the foundations for handling the pain and suffering that we experience.
