I think if we go into a relationship expecting someone to cheat we will create an atmosphere where they will cheat.
I am more of the school of look before you leap and be upfront about your concerns and expectations. While good fences may make good neighbors, walls and closed off areas are death to a relationship.
It also helps if you go through the loss and mourning process over one relationship before jumping into another.
