Hmmmm not sure.
I mean if you can prove that the car problems are because of them I am sure you could bring them to court or something but if you have no evidence and its been a few months there might not be anything they can do about it.

Have you tried contacting the place you brought your car and tell them your problem? Some places (here in my area anyway not sure about where you are) are pretty good and will check and fix it for nothing. It did happen to my step dad once. He had something fixed on his truck and a few weeks later it broke or something and he brought it back in and they fixed it for free.

But if its been 2 months they might not take responsability.

Good Luck either way!

you never had to add oil inbetween oil changes?

you might want to check and see if the oil drain plug is tightened....has there been any signs of oil or anything under where you park your car?

Never had a problem with oil before....its an older car but I take good care of it....I get oil changed every three months like clock work, I check my tires, etc etc etc ....like clock work....I have seen oil under my car, but its so hard to tell if its my car or not ... since I live in an apt complex with no assigned parking.

Took my car in for a winter check up last Oct,some one forgot to retighten the radiator hoses right, blew my engine.
Cost me 1500$ but have a 2 year guarantee and parts and labor covered.
Still sucks though.
Good luck.
