Thank you very much. At the time I wrote this, I was going through some rough points in my life, and the bad memories just stayed in my head. I was depressed enough as it was without them continuously being there. All is well now though.

Memories
My past memories haunt me every day;
They try to take over my mind and stay.
Please help me trap them deep within;
Because I don't want them to begin again.
I want to run and I want to hide;
I want them to be washed away with the tide.
They fight and fight along the way;
Please help me get rid of them sometime today.
I want new memories to begin;
And make the old never come again.
